Find an Agent Make a Payment Contact Us Recent Updates NC Grange Mutual Policyholders Meeting The NC Grange Mutual Insurance Company Annual Meeting of Policyholders will be held on Tuesday, March 17th, at 11:00 a.m. in downtown Greensboro. For policyholders who wish to attend but are unable, you may send in the following proxy designation form. Doing so will allow the designated persons to vote on your behalf. Update regarding the spread of Coronavirus: The Board of Directors, Management, and Employees of N.C. Grange Mutual are aware of and duly concerned for the safety and health of our policyholders and agents. The N.C. Grange Mutual Insurance Company policyholder meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2020. We hold our agents meeting in conjunction with the policyholders’ meeting. In an effort to comply with prudent health considerations given the declared pandemic and N.C.-declared State of Emergency caused by COVID-19 (coronavirus), the agents meeting has been cancelled. The policyholders’ meeting, however, a corporate and legal requirement per our bylaws and laws of the state of North Carolina, will continue on as scheduled with a truncated agenda consisting only of necessary business brought before the meeting, including the election of board members and a vote on bylaw changes approved by the Board of Directors at its December 2019 meeting and published on our website. This expansion puts tremendous pressure on whatever is containing it, including metal or plastic pipes. No matter the strength of a container, expanding water can cause pipes to break.
